This is the glass noodles I always buy. I bought from Fu Hua medical hall. This type of glass noodles is more elastic (more 'Q') and not easy to become soggy after cooking.

ReplyDeleteI can't find this at supermarket so I got to go to Fu Hua and buy. Luckily there are many branches around S'pore.
I can't remember the name of the brand as after cook the other time, then didn't cook liao..
