Banana Pancake 香蕉松饼

星期天的早晨能为心爱的家人做早餐感到特别幸福。♡

用了两根吃剩的熟透香蕉,压烂后加入两颗蛋搅拌均匀,加入适量面粉,一小撮发粉,再挤点枫糖浆,拌成一个有点浓稠的面糊,然后用不沾锅煎一煎就完成了。加入香蕉的松饼特别好吃,孩子很喜欢,早餐吃得特别多。
