Sweet Potato Cheese Loaf 地瓜芝士吐司


This sweet potato toast is very soft, it has a hint of sweet potato taste. The slightly sweet toast is balanced with the savoury cheddar cheese on top, a good combination.

Sweet Potato Cheese Toast 
(Make one 450g pulllman tin)
250g bread flour 
35g sugar
125g cold mashed sweet potato
1 tbsp milk powder
1/2 tsp salt 
1-1/2 tsp instant yeast
130ml cold water
30g cold egg
25g butter (slightly soften)
Handful of shredded cheese to sprinkle on top 
*Straight dough method 
**180C, 30 mins (depends on individual oven)
