八月份可以说是家里的生日月,第一个星期是Angel的生日,第二个星期是姑姑的生日,第三个星期是Al堂弟的生日。
内馅我用了加入chocolate paste的鲜奶油,本来想加酒但是想到有小孩所以作罢。涂上chocolate cream后我在上面加了chocolate crisp balls,再盖上一层薄薄的chocolate cream。下一层我用chocolate cream 加 blueberry topping,就这样交替一层层叠上。
这回我煎了21张饼皮,稍微进步了点,但是蛋糕我只用了18张饼皮,其余3张先被我“充公”了,两张用来包榴莲,一张包肉干,yummy!!
