Water Bath 水浴法

将烤盘放入另一个薄盘里,注入2-2.5厘米深的水,隔水烤。通常用在烘烤芝士蛋糕。

如果使用脱底烤盘记得要用锡纸包起来,以免水流入烤盘里。

  1. 可否用oven内的dripping plate代替这薄盘?如果必须用薄盘,那么是否得用baking薄盘?还是可以用那种杂菜档用来装菜的普通薄盘?

    我这个是正方形盘是一般用来烤蛋糕的烤盘。只要能进烤炉的盘就行了。
