Bird's Nest with American Ginseng & Rock Sugar 泡参冰糖燕窝

材料:
燕窝 2片
水 2碗(8分满)
泡参 7-8 片
冰糖 4小颗

做法:
1)燕窝浸水2小时至发涨。
2)加入水和泡参,用电子砂锅隔水炖约1-1/2小时,加入冰糖即可。
注:浸水和炖的时间试个别燕窝的质地而定。

Q:请问各位妈咪姐姐燕窝冷食还是热食功效比较好?我觉得冷食(放入冰箱冷冻)比较好吃,但是这样吃对孕妇好吗?

  1. 这个问题~~我也不是很了解. 我猜应该热食对孕妇比较好. 这样应该对baby比较暖和吧.

  2. Woww..such a yummy and nutritious dessert. It is good for both of you.

    I think it is better to go for the warm one, as cold things is not good for preggy or even not preggy woman (altho I love cold).

  6. You have a very nice blog, i cant stop reading...
    my mom said before you shouldnt eat the hot birdnest, must at least let it cool first before eating then onlt it will 润 after you eat...
